What I'm currently doing . . .

I mean, not literally, but I'm currently using the Physique 57 dvds (Volume 1). Let me tell you . . . these ladies are the TRUTH!!!! They found ways to work your body that you could not fathom!!!! I feel it EVERYWHERE and I LOVE it!!!! Anywho, I think I may post a "reveal" photo after I've done it for a few months. Check it out! =)

Tricked ya! ;) This is not an homage to the oft-quoted/referenced movie "Scarface", but rather, the woman in this video makes me think of Tony's catchphrase: "The World is Mine". This sister right chea personifies that belief in self that I seek to reinforce daily in myself and my children.

Well hello, Old Friend . . .

My, my, my . . . it's been awhile, hasn't it? :) I hadn't forgotten about you, and please know that you've been on my mind quite a bit (I sound like some trifling dude spitting game, don't I?). Well, I'm back now and promise to do better. :)
