Decisions, Decisions . . .

So I've already reserved my hostel after hours of research, but my BFF's sister sent me a referral to airbnb, where I found a room for $16 per night!!!! I'd save about $100, but it wouldn't include breakfast (big whoop!) and I'd be sharing the apartment w/4 other people (way better than 11 in the dorm room). Sounds like a no-brainer, right? My only concern is that I want to meet people and figured that staying in a hostel would be a great way to do just that. I do love the idea of having a private room for less money though . . . What should I do?!!!!

I've reserved my hostel!!!! :)

I literally researched Barcelona hostels for hours (largely because the Hostelworld site seemed to load a bit slowly, but also because there were so many places that I had to check out). I looked at pictures, reviews, location, cost and "extras" like free breakfast, free wifi, etc. I made a list of my top choices and then did a comparison among those. I finally decided upon the Equity Point Centric. I booked directly through the site and saved a couple of dollars (and I will need them, as I will take quite the hit with the exchange rate). Here's where I'll be staying: I need to get my backpack and make sure I have plenty of spending money to feel comfortable. I'm SOOOO excited!!!! :)
